  • Issues related to Notion’s platform, as IDEAS is a template used within Notion, and its functionality depends on Notion’s service.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within the time frames outlined in Section 2.

4. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • User Error: Errors made by the user, such as providing an incorrect email for template delivery or failure to follow setup instructions.
  • Third-Party Fees: Fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Take.app, Network, Lenco) are non-refundable.
  • Promotional Purchases: Items bought during promotions or with discounts may not be refundable, depending on the promotion's terms.
  • Policy Abuse: Attempts to misuse this policy may lead to denial of future refunds.

5. Subscription Cancellations

IDEAS is a one-time purchase product and does not involve subscriptions. Therefore, this section does not apply. If we introduce subscription-based services in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our app after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
