These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of IDEAS, including the template, website, and related services. By using IDEAS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who Can Use IDEAS

To use IDEAS, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing or signing up for IDEAS.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. How IDEAS Works

IDEAS is a productivity tool built as a Notion template, designed to help you organize and manage your ideas effectively.

• You purchase lifetime access to the IDEAS template for a one-time fee.
• The template is delivered via a link to a Notion workspace, which you can duplicate and customize.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Take.app, Network, Lenco, or others.
• IDEAS does not store or manage your idea content; all data within the template is stored in your Notion account.

4. Fees and Charges

IDEAS is available for a one-time payment of $6.94 (or as otherwise stated during purchase).

• No additional fees or subscriptions are required to use the IDEAS template.
• Any charges by payment providers (e.g., transaction fees) are your responsibility.

5. User Responsibilities

By using IDEAS, you agree to:

• Use the template for lawful purposes only.
• Not share, distribute, or resell the IDEAS template without permission.
• Provide accurate payment and contact information during purchase.
• Not engage in any activity that violates Notion’s terms of service, as your data is stored in Notion.

We reserve the right to revoke access to IDEAS if these terms are violated.

6. Payment Processing & Security

Payments for IDEAS are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Take.app, Network, Lenco).

• IDEAS does not store your credit card or payment details.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate.

7. Refunds & Disputes

Due to the digital nature of IDEAS, all sales are final. However:

• If you encounter issues accessing the template, contact us, and we’ll assist you.
• IDEAS is not responsible for disputes related to Notion’s service or your inability to use Notion.

8. Intellectual Property

The IDEAS template, including its design and structure, is the intellectual property of Adam Dawoodjee.

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the template for your own purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the template without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

IDEAS is a productivity tool provided as-is. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data within your Notion account.
• Failed transactions due to third-party payment providers.
• Any issues arising from your use of Notion’s platform.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of IDEAS ($6.94 or as paid).
